Katrina blew me away with her responsiveness, professionalism and the quality of her work. She was the only professional that followed up with me after she submitted a quote for her services. I needed to have my resume reformatted and reviewed and help with my cover letter. The minute I told her my needs, she got to work and was able to deliver everything within less than 48 hours from when I initially contacted her. Every time I sent her an edit or had a question, she would respond almost immediately. She talked me into changing the format of my resume and I'm very pleased with the final product. Underpromised and overdelivered. Valkeryie moved us to a Wordpress site that we love and can easily manage. However, they are still easily accessible to us for updates and consulting. We do a small maintenance plan and pay for blog and business consulting sessions monthly. It's worth it!
