- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set base rates but custom price many jobs so we don't charge for unnecessary things.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don't mind discussing the project with anyone over the phone or even pricing but really prefer to preview the project location and full scope before we give a final proposal. That way we get a better idea of what you want and can give a more accurate price and timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are state licensed for HVAC/R and IDL Certified
