I brought a wifi thermostat (Ecobee3) my husband tried to install it but we realized we did not have the required C-wire to power the thermostat. I called Wharton they came out and installed it for us. Our system is an older system...it took approximately 3 hrs. They were very nice, clean, and respected our home.

In a industry were you it's hard to trust anyone, Wharton Services are truly trustworthy. I was told by one company that I needed a new air handler ($ 2,500 ) another wanted to sell me a 9,000 new system, Mr. W was able to repair my system for far less and kept every word, if you are looking for a company that deals with integrity hire Wharton Services!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set base rates but custom price many jobs so we don't charge for unnecessary things.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don't mind discussing the project with anyone over the phone or even pricing but really prefer to preview the project location and full scope before we give a final proposal. That way we get a better idea of what you want and can give a more accurate price and timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are state licensed for HVAC/R and IDL Certified
