Chef Wilburn is very professional and is highly skilled at servicing large and small parties. He is skilled at preparing a wide variety of foods, from traditional French cooking to Asian fusion. His entrees and side dishes are delicious and always hot. He is also an excellent baker. He made a scallop and shrimp risotto dish for my dinner party that had the guests asking for more. I highly recommend his personal chef service.
