Doug, Tina, and their crew does a great job at keeping our pool well-maintained and crystal-clear. They are highly responsive whenever we call. They are very reputable and highly reliable.

These guys should be the official "Trainers" for all the other pool people. They have the right staff that the company bosses really care about. But most importantly, I know their entire company is focused on ME.

Very poor customer service. Overall service started off strong, at first, but they quickly showed their true colors. Communication was contradictory and response times were terrible (waited 5 days for a response). Service was lacking with most technicians. Typically just looked to run the Polaris instead of doing a full service cleaning, which you would expect to get at their prices. Stay away from ASP Service in Schertz.

We apologize that our payment policy was not something that would work for you. We do require payment for our services and unfortunately have to suspend services when payment is not received. It seems interesting that there were zero complaints about our service prior to service being suspended.
