I begin by listening carefully to the customer’s cleaning needs and preferences. Then I provide a clear estimate and confirm the schedule. On the cleaning day, I arrive on time with all supplies ready, work efficiently and thoroughly, and ensure the customer is satisfied before finishing.

I gained valuable hands-on experience working at Embassy Suites Hotels in San Marcos, where I learned professional cleaning standards, attention to detail, and time management. I continuously stay updated on best cleaning practices and safe product use.
