About
I stand out because I believe cleaning is more than just making things look nice — it’s about creating a fresh, comfortable space where people feel happy and relaxed. I’m detail‑oriented, dependable, and always take the time to do the job right. I listen to my clients’ needs and tailor my cleaning to their preferences, so every home gets the personal care it deserves. My goal is to leave every space not just clean, but sparkling and welcoming.

I had an excellent experience with Yani. She was punctual, professional, and truly went above and beyond. Her attention to detail was outstanding—every surface was spotless, and she didn’t miss a thing. The house felt fresh and welcoming after her work. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Yani to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and top-quality cleaning services. Thanks so much Yani!

I was in Seguin for a couple of weeks and needed cleaning help, so I hired Yani. She was wonderful! Very thorough, reliable, and easy to work with. She made my space feel fresh and welcoming every time. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area — I wish I could take her with me!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and fair, based on the size and condition of your home and the type of cleaning needed. I offer discounts for recurring services like weekly or biweekly cleanings. There are no hidden fees, and I’m happy to provide a free estimate before any job starts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by listening carefully to the customer’s cleaning needs and preferences. Then I provide a clear estimate and confirm the schedule. On the cleaning day, I arrive on time with all supplies ready, work efficiently and thoroughly, and ensure the customer is satisfied before finishing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained valuable hands-on experience working at Embassy Suites Hotels in San Marcos, where I learned professional cleaning standards, attention to detail, and time management. I continuously stay updated on best cleaning practices and safe product use.
