Dan and his team did an excellent job installing a french drain, trimming a tree, and laying sod at a very affordable price. His team worked so hard, even staying after dark and working in the rain to make sure my sod was finished. I'll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.
Update: Two days after installation, the ground above the newly installed french drain began to sink. Although this can happen sometimes, this left a sizable ditch that spanned my entire front yard that needed to be addressed. I reached out to Dan and he said he'd fix it the next weekend. I did not see or hear from him that weekend. I followed up with him via text on Monday and Thursday of the following week. I did not receive a response until Saturday, at which point he requested additional pictures. I sent him the additional pictures on Sunday morning, which was yesterday. However, since the issue had not been resolved in over two weeks and his communication was not consistent, me and 2 of my friends completed the work ourselves yesterday. I would love to recommend Dan, but this lack of follow up was frustrating. I realize that he was "technically" finished and had received full payment, but the lack of communication, missed appointments, and lack of follow-through on an issue clearly related to his work was disappointing.

Susan and her team, really stepped up and did a great job. They were very responsive, showed up when they were supposed to and did wonderful work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting landscape work done.

Had them remove some very tall dead pines that were close to my house. Found them very knowledgeable and responsive to my concerns. Watching them tie down everything and climb that high was amazing. Highly reccomend them.

We had Harvey damage and Susan and her crew came out and put in a drainage system, sod, and re did our flower beds. City inspected and did a phenomenal job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary on a number of things, Class A, B, and C manicures are different trimming services to be provided. Dangers from trees being close to property or power lines can change pricing structure. We strive to work with in the customers budget in most situations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can provide estimates through text or email but always prefer meeting the customer in person to explain the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISA certification and Class A danger climbers, over 25 years of experience
