Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the first one replied my call and they asked me really detail of my tenant’s garbage disposal problem and recommended several solutions to see if my tenants could solve the disposal problem by themselves. Just a call which helped all the problems. I really appreciated their professionalism because most of the time handyman would like to right away accept service request without asking the details. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing saved my time and money and I definitely will save their number for later on service needed. Great experience.
