Jeff and David did an amazing job with the sale and installation of a replacement water heater. They were friendly and professional. From start to finish they made sure I was informed and comfortable with everything going on. The upfront no surprise pricing is great. This was especially useful since my old water heater had built up sediment and wasnt draining properly. Jeff and David never gave up, nor did they adjust pricing. Its nice to do business with a company that values honesty and quality workmanship.They have earned my business for all future plumbing projects.

Great job fixing our bathtub. Tub was not draining and there was a leak around the spout. David was very professional and explained my options along with quotes. Everything is transparentno hidden charges. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Ill use them again.
