Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was phenomenal!!! Matt was the very very best. He came in and listened to me and knew exactly where to go to solve my issue. He gave me discounts to help me knowing I was a veteran and on a fixed income. Not only was Matt extremely professional, he was kind, a wonderful listener, a very intelligent, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and just all around wonderful person. Thank you to the other two wonderful technicians who showed up later I am so sorry I did not get their names. The owner Jeff was a great and kind person who was my first contact and set the stage for a great experience. Thank you so much for caring. I highly, highly recommend!!!

We contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to help with a non-urgent, slow drain issue in our bathroom tubs. Michelle was very personable and was able to get us an appointment set-up within two days of making the inquiry.
Justin Hartkorn was the plumber that came out to our home. He arrived within the estimated time that we were told and had both drains cleaned up within an hour. He's very knowledgeable about plumbing fixes and he also gave us recommendations on maintenance of our drains. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

We have fixed pricing so you know exactly what the cost will be. We offer a 10% discount to U.S. Military Veterans and First Responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a complimentary safety inspection so we can properly diagnose the issue before we begin the work. Our plumbers are efficient at what they do and will be done in a timely manner and give you quality service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our plumbers are properly licensed with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. In addition to their annual continuing education requirements for their license we also provide weekly in house training to ensure we are constantly improving and staying on top of the latest trends within our industry.
