I worked with Julian, Joseph, Brent, Rick and Michael with Texas Drain Specialists. I had a small water leak, and I couldn't figure out the cause. The team came out and identified that it was my washer valves and quickly replaced it. When the leak persisted after the valves were replaced, Julian was very attentive in calling and walking me through the situation. He walked me through potential scenarios and explained the whole process and pricing structure. They identified that it was likely the water heater and returned to replace it. Water leaks are stressful, especially when it's hard to identify the cause, and Julian and his team did a great job answering all my questions and walking me through the process. He was upfront with his pricing, which I didn't always experience with other companies. I would definitely work with them again.

APS came out to my condo to do an inspection and did an amazing job quickly identifying the issue. The two men were professionals took their time and spoke to multiple neighbors to get an idea of what was going on. Both also were really good at wearing mask indoors. Although they didn’t complete the job, condo maintenance taking first stab, they left a really good impression on me. They try to explain the issue so you have some understanding and I feel like they would have been able to handle the job efficiently. Great crew!

They came out to look at a pipe for me and ended up giving me some news that no one really wants to hear. However, I appreciate the honesty! Most other companies would have just done the work to line their pockets, but APS didn’t do that. Honesty and integrity are virtues more people should possess!
