The technicians that come out are always professional and very friendly. Once the job is complete they always make sure they give me a summary of what they did on the visit. They are quick to respond if I discover new problems in between the routine visits without charging additional fees. A technician is usually dispatched the next day. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.I posted the above post originally but I would like to add how awesome the front line office staff. especially Ashley. She sent me a text this morning to see if everything was doing better from the last visit. I told her that I did get bit from a spider but I totally understand this type of business the bugs will never be 100% gone for good especially since we live near farm area. The part I like about this company is that I can tell they run a very cohesive business where the front line customer service and the managers and the field techs communicate well and they get back to you when they say they would. I managed a call center for almost 22 years and I can tell this business its all about customer service and will do whatever is needed to make sure the customer feels they are getting what they paid for. They are sending another tech out very soon to do the special treatment on the inside, pet friendly chemicals which is a plus since I have 3 dogs. Thanks again !

I was using other service providers before Forterra...but after Forterra I do not think I need to look for better service... they know what they are doing and how it is being done!!They have a unique style of integrating with customer...they are not counting $ on every question you ask...they will help you understand what they are doing and what you can do if you want to do by yourself!! This has influence.... people like me do not want to wait until someone come and help at the time of any crisis, we must act to protect the damage!! so we must know what we can do.... then call the expert to take the necessary steps to fix the issue!!Forterra is an excellent company and I recommend this to everyone!!Best WishesVG

I used Forterra to inspect and treat some termites. They did a phenomenal job and were a great price. I also had them set up some termite monitoring stations around my home. Literally thousands of dollars cheaper than what other companies quoted me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Termites, Bed Bugs, Rodent Removal and all other services, we must first do an inspection at no additional charge. We can always give estimates over the phone, which tend to be very accurate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can set you up in the system with your contact information including phone number, email address, and home address. Then we find a time that fits your schedule when we can send out on of our service pros to do an inspection. For some services we can instantly price (such as General Pest Control).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture to perform all of the advertised services. We are also members of the NPMA.
