What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Termites, Bed Bugs, Rodent Removal and all other services, we must first do an inspection at no additional charge. We can always give estimates over the phone, which tend to be very accurate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can set you up in the system with your contact information including phone number, email address, and home address. Then we find a time that fits your schedule when we can send out on of our service pros to do an inspection. For some services we can instantly price (such as General Pest Control).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture to perform all of the advertised services. We are also members of the NPMA.
