What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair. We do offer a discount on how much work you give out. For example: we can charge $140 for a fan installation. But if you have 5 fans that needs to be installed it well be cheaper than $140 a fan.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sending a friendly message. And then trying to see what problem they are having and giving the customer different options to get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a hands on electrician for about 7 years.
