We had a recurring problem that had also happened in January. It was more extensive this time. Esteban and his dad came over the same night because we did not have electricity in our master bedroom. They found the problem with wiring which appeared due to us using an electric heater in our master bath but plugged in our bedroom. They immediately found the problem, explained to us what needed to be done and got to work repairing it. They were very thorough, professional and courteous.

Esteban was amazing! He responded quickly and worked us into his schedule. We spoke that morning and the project was completed by earlier afternoon. He quickly completed the first project, which was adding a new outlet to our garage that could support our new garage fridge.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair. We do offer a discount on how much work you give out.
For example: we can charge $140 for a fan installation. But if you have 5 fans that needs to be installed it well be cheaper than $140 a fan.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sending a friendly message. And then trying to see what problem they are having and giving the customer different options to get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a hands on electrician for about 7 years.
