- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a no obligation free quote for your epoxy flooring. We require a 40% deposit to start work with the remainder due upon completion of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will go over the options for your epoxy flooring, showing you samples and colors you can pick from. We have a wide selection of flakes and colors, we can even do custom flakes based on your needs. Will go over the steps with you on how we prep your garage, what we are applying and why and aftercare instructions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experienced technicians that have worked in the industry and have done epoxy flooring, from simple base coats to full broadcast flakes, including vinyl, terrazzo and hybrid stone flakes.
