- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A: Because all projects are specific within its own, our normal procedure is to set up an onsite visit so that one of our project coordinators can collect all pertinent information so that we can provide a professional quote for the specific project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A: We come out to your residence or commercial site and complete a visual site overview and then our professional project coordinator will help the client with a plan of options that will be suitable to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A: Our licensed horticulturalists are well trained in plant science and irrigation specifications and can help you coordinate your project from start to finish.
