- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of work to help people. That is the same reason I am the President of a 501 c 3 charity that has donated over $425,000 the last three years to our wounded veterans. My life's mission is to help people and I do work hard at that.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I gave a recent presentation to the sales team of a division of a major corporation, ten days after my presentation I received an email from one of the members of the audience telling me how absolutely positively I had affected his life - made him, a better worker, a better husband, and a better father. He ordered 30 of my books to give out to his team so that they could also be positively affected by my work. Now that was most humbling, but also very gratifying to know that I truly did help someone.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire a speaker who has had true life experience in what they are talking about. Someone that has walked the walk. Pressure Cooker Confidence, How to Lead When the Heat is ON will help your people understand the principles needed to perform under pressure, be a decisive leader, and become the teammate all their customers covet. Your people will also learn to how to utilize the lowest ranking teammate in your company or organizations quest to be the absolute best you can be. You will learn why proper preparation makes the difference and how to step up to the plate and know you are going to be successful. My presentation is story based and I have lived every story in my presentation including having both engines on the left wing of my jet come completely off the airplane on a night combat mission during Desert Storm. With the help of my aircrew, my team we flew the mortally wounded jet an hour and fifteen minutes back to a successful landing.
