Natalie and everyone I have experience with are very knowledgeable, compassionate and fun. You can tell they love what they do. The studio is a boutique workout studio. I love the size, feel and all of the trainers there are amazing! Everyone there makes you feel like a friend, they really do care. They take the time to show you how to do the exercises and make it so much fun you actually want to go back! There is such a variety of classes here that everyday can be different.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A great Pilates instructor and our studio, like other leaders in the Pilates industry will be certified with an assessment-based certification of completion, not just a Pilates Certification. Do not be afraid to ask to see certifications and ask about training and education experience of your Pilates instructor.
