Let me start by saying Manuel helped me sell my home with the wonderful painting skills this young man did! He has a INSANE keen eye in detail. I was very impressed and kinda shocked on the ideas he had for my home as soon as he came to give me an estimate!! I trusted his ideas and everything turned out better than I expected. His crew was very Clean** and respectful of my home as we were still moving out as They worked. He was very patient and worked with me and my Family/work schedule! You will not be disappointed with this young Man😁 Thanks again Manuel I will be highly Recommending you!

Jose was Super quick to answer my Request for proposal. He Gave me a quote and because he was the fastest to show up I figure he will hustle to get the project done. WRONG! I asked when can he start the project and he gave me a date and I accepted: ●On the day he was supposed to be at my place he text me and said he had people called out and could not make it ( I have young kids ) I need to arrange the day to be out of the house because of the paint fumes . Super inconvenient but I understand having a staff of 50+ myself I know how that works. ●4 days later I again arrange my day for him to arrived at 8:30 am he again tells me at 9 am (same day) ...some people call out an he needs to be in Houston. I was done ! He either finish or I will find someone else. So he shows up at my house around 2pm works for 3 hours and ask to return next day . As inconvenient as that was , I agree so we can finish and be done with this project. ●the next day at 8:30am ge tells me ha had no power the night before and had to make arrangements and he will be late and will arrive around lunch time. ... WHAT A MESS . I gave him the chance and waited until 3pm and called him ! He answers the phone and literally tells me "what's up"( wow) I was done I fired him immediately and asked him how much I owe him and he has the Audacity to charge me 75% of the project . I was reluctant to pay but I did so I can be done. I had to rearrange my schedule 3 times !!! The worst customer service .this is a poorly run poorly organized and NOT customer service oriented owner. His work was sub par. Customers dont care what the heck you got going on I ONLY care that you do what you say you would do . OR DONT TAKE THE JOB!!! ym STAY AWAY . I ended up hiring an actual painting company that showed up on time.
