Larry and his crew were fantastic. Arrived on time and moved my VERY heavy furniture from one room to another without a mark, ding or scratch. Friendly crew, too of Tony and Armando!

Emmanuel with Brother Bear Moving was very professional in coordinating my move. They were punctual in getting there. He and his team did a great job, not a single scratch on the furniture that was moved even though it was quite heavy.

The only complaint I have about my first experience with this company was that there was a miscommunication on the arrival time. When I initially booked with them, I was told that they could have them here at 8:30 in the morning. However, when 845 rolled around and I called, I was told that it was a one-hour arrival window. The day I booked them I had to call HEB to reschedule my delivery so I could be back in time. The movers showed up after the arrival window, which meant I wasn't sure I would be back in time. Luckily HEB showed up before we left to take my things to storage. The good does outway the bad, hence the five star rating. It was easy to schedule an appointment the day before I needed them and even though the guys were late, they immediately began loading everything on the truck and they were very efficient, professional, and friendly. They really took care of all of my items by wrapping them in moving blankets to ensure that there was no damage during transport. We got to the storage unit that I share with a friend and my friend had randomly thrown things in there. The guys helped me to move things around in the storage unit so that we could get my things situated. I really appreciate them doing that! All in all, I would recommend them and I will be using them again in the future!
