I had a positive experience with Candace from SoftH20. She promptly responded to my texts and efficiently scheduled appointments. Dylon, the installer, demonstrated professionalism by thoroughly testing the installed system and cleaning up afterward. My only feedback for Dylon would be to slow down during demonstrations, as we needed clarification a couple of times. Having a Google Doc or similar resource for future reference would enhance the overall experience.
