My license allows me to treat water, service, and install water purification systems. In the state of Texas you must have this license to provide these services. I am very knowledgeable and educate my customers on water treatment. I take great pride in my work and make sure everything is installed within code. I had an excellent experience with SoftH20, who installed a whole home filtration and water softening system for us, along with a UV system and a reverse osmosis filter with UV at our sink. I just had a water softener installed by SoftH20 and I couldn't be more pleased. From the start, they were very responsive and answered all of my questions. I had a positive experience with Candace from SoftH20. She promptly responded to my texts and efficiently scheduled appointments. Dylon, the installer, demonstrated professionalism by thoroughly testing the installed system and cleaning up afterward. My only feedback for Dylon would be to slow down during demonstrations, as we needed clarification a couple of times. Having a Google Doc or similar resource for future reference would enhance the overall experience.

Responses were prompt right from the first. The water softener with filtration works great. The difference in water quality was noticeable immediately. The only hiccup was that the installation person arrived almost 4 hours late.
