- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Savvy Electrician offers fair prices that are in line with the local market. We set our prices as flat rate by researching electrical work pricing guides in the market areas we serve, ie. HomeGuide and Homewyse. There is a $75 service call fee for all work, which includes travel to your residence and the first half hour of service for your job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to the customer's initial contact to understand their electrical predicament. Then we schedule an on-site visit to validate and resolve the problem or installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Master Electrician of Record has over 10 years experience in everyday electrical work, starting with coursework through Texas School of Business, followed by a four-year Electrical Apprentice Program with IEC (International Electrical Contractors). The Master Electrician progressed his career from Journeyman Electrician while working for Electrical Contractors and Engineering firms, delivering experience in Commercial and Residential electrical work. Each Journeyman Electrician hired will have credentials and practical training per Company policy.
