- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All customers automatically get 5% off if they pay in cash. I also do bundle discounts. Such as "garage door" and "garage door opener" when purchased and installed together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a appointment with a 2-hour window, I call 30 minutes before I come over. I discuss the overall condition of the garage door system and the available options with my customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working as a contractor for a company that was more expensive and in my opinion provided a mediocre service for some years before I started my own business. At some point I realized I can do better than that for my customers.
