I need to change garagedoor spring on first week of April..I have contacted this company and talked with Konstantin.I explained my garagedoor problem and he came with new parts(springs) very quickly.Konstantin was very professional and speedy in his work.He was very punctual and responded my each and every questions.Would definitely refer him to family and friends. Nothing but GREAT things to say about them! Was able to schedule them after I got off of work (many companies don't do this) with a time window of 5:30pm-7:30pm. They called 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive as promised, they arrived around 5:30pm and got to work right away. Said the installation would take 90 minutes and they finished a little bit quicker than that. The price was great and they even fixed a few bolts on my garagedoor and provided an extra mount for the new opener that wasn't included at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them for your garagedoor/opener related needs and I'll surely be reaching out to them again in the future! :)

They were responsive and came out the day after I requested the thumbtack job. The technician told me from the picture that I uploaded what was wrong and gave me a quote which ended up being the price, so that was nice. Work was done fast and efficiently (around 30 min total) and they accept credit card! I would recommend them to anyone who needs garagedoor repair.

All customers automatically get 5% off if they pay in cash. I also do bundle discounts. Such as "garage door" and "garage door opener" when purchased and installed together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a appointment with a 2-hour window, I call 30 minutes before I come over. I discuss the overall condition of the garage door system and the available options with my customers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working as a contractor for a company that was more expensive and in my opinion provided a mediocre service for some years before I started my own business. At some point I realized I can do better than that for my customers.
