- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer hourly rates for smaller jobs and fixed bids for bigger projects. I’m happy to find the option that works best for your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by talking with the customer to understand their needs before suggesting any solutions. Once I know what you’re looking for, I’ll do what it takes to make it happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.A. in Business Administration and have nearly 15 years of experience managing facility maintenance for high-volume restaurants. I’m also a lifelong DIY’er with hands-on experience ranging from vehicle maintenance and computer/network repair to general home projects. I’ve always been mechanically and technically minded and enjoy learning new skills and investing in new tools to expand what I can offer.
