- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge half-day, full day, or offer fixed bids for most projects. Hourly rates are possible when necessary. I’m happy to find an option that works best for your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by talking with the customer to understand their needs before suggesting any solutions. Once I know what you’re looking for, I’ll do what it takes to make it happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.S. in Business Administration and have nearly 15 years of experience managing facility maintenance for high-volume restaurants. Hands-on experience ranging from general home projects, computer/network repair to vehicle repairs and maintenance. I’ve always been mechanically and technically minded and enjoy troubleshooting solutions to problems.
