- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really, but a lot of things affect the pricing. Like how much work there is to do and for how long. Sometimes a client could require you to clean his house and also requests if I have an extra hour to walk her dog. Being an animal loving person (depending on the situation), I would do it. Overall, I would love it to be a win-win situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important, I would love to get to know what and how the client wants done, to what extent. I would then advise on how best the job can be done, negotiate the price depending on the situation. It's also important that my client understands how I work, how the project is going to flow and the values I stand for. l would mostly love to wow my customer hoping that call will come again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for Aramark for 18 months. Apart from that, am a highly organized individual, have a great attention to detail and love what I do. All these attributes combined give me a perfect fit for this kind of industry.
