This company has been incredible from start to finish on repairing a hole we had in our ceiling that was cut out by plumbers and patching another area in a windowsill that was damaged prior to us moving in. The areas were professionally patched up and textured by Eduardo and were painted the next day by the project manager(Cayden) who came early in the morning as promised. These guys are in and out quickly, are extremely polite and professional, and the quick responsiveness to emails and texts by the owner is greatly appreciated. Within 5 min of submitting my project on Thumbtack, I already had the best quote on hand through this company. Prices are super fair and affordable. We would love to keep hiring you guys for future projects that we have in mind so we’ll definitely be an ongoing customer! I hesitated writing this review, but I decided I needed to let others know what happened. My experience with this company was awful. I have attached photos of their completed work. If you are on with checking behind the workers and reminding them how to do the work; then book them. They made several errors while installing my floor. They had to take it up and put it back down 3 times. They would lay the flooring over screws, a zip tie, and a bead. As a result, some of the planks do not click together nicely anymore. They also cut the flooring short in different areas ( they tried to fill it in with caulking), and I had to point everything out multiple times to get them to fix it. If you prefer people to do it right and complete the first time, don't hire them. If you have a lot of free time to monitor and wait for them to show up, go ahead and hire them. Personally, I regret the experience as I am certain I will have to get all the floors redone in the next year.

Thank you Silver Water for taking my idea/dream and turning it into reality! My bottom floor of my home was in need of a face-lift. Mark came for a free consultation and estimate of needed renovations. My master bedroom suite and kitchen were my top priorities. I also had a formal dining room we never used. Mark provided drawings on how to turn that unused area into and inlaw suite. I was nervous since I couldn't fully see the vision. After the renovations started and continued, I was excited with the transformation. It's absolutely gorgeous! The attention to details was refreshing since I don't see remodeling people going the extra mile anymore. Thanks so much for exceeding my expectations!! Looking forward to doing the upstairs later this year!

Silver Water was amazing to work with. The contractors paid much attention to the details. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were quick to resolve them.
