I have never entered a review on any website. Mostly you get "close enough" to what you want when you order anything sight unseen off the internet, and the end result is not worth the time to comment. My experience with Ivan's was very positive. He was responsive to my initial solicitation. He was on time today and timely finished the work we agreed on. His experience was evident by the quality of his work. Often it is hard to match someone else's work, but he matched the original work well. As a 30+ year construction guy (but not as a brick mason), I could tell by the way he used his tools he is an experienced pro. I will hire him again without hesitation.

We are very happy we found Ivan to repair a brick planter box that someone had backed into. He worked diligently to repair it with attention to detail and it looked like new when he was finished. He repaired a second one where one of the side walls was about to topple over. We are happy with his work and would definitely hire him again in the future.

I am very happy to have found Ivan's Construction, LLC. Ivan came to my rescue by redesigning and reinstalling a recently installed pathway that was not very aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated that he worked with the material/stone that I had even though it was not exactly the type of stone that was the most suitable for my project. Also, I appreciated the very fair price that he charged me considering that I had just spent money on the pathway's initial installation. Ivan did a beautiful job and brought my "pathway vision" to reality. I will definitely hire him again for several future projects.
