FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Accounting pricing is based off of services included and range from a starting rate of $271/month for basic, start-ups for individuals with around 50 transactions/month and 1-3 accounts and go as high as $2,000/month for all-inclusive, larger businesses with more transactions, and accounts. Upper tiers include internal, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and tax filing. Tax preparation costs are dependent on the type of return as well as the state of the information being provided. Services are $75/hour with individual filers and schedule C filers with well-maintained books able to expect about $220 in total cost and more complicated filers coming in up to and above $660.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial, free consultation to determine accounting and tax needs and an initial review of finances. For accounting clients, an initial clean-up and set-up fee will be quoted based on the expected time to initially service the financial records. Initial steps moving forward include adding access to books and financial records.
