I contacted Rezai due to a plumbing issue that caused water to continue running in the tank after the toilet flushed and filled. Rezai answered immediately and correctly assessed the issue after I sent photos of the tank. He offered a fair quote for the work and was responsive via text in setting up an appointment. When he showed up, he was professional, personable, and went straight to work. The entire issue was sorted within half an hour. He also neatly disposed the old equipment, which I appreciated.
