- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Now we have discounts until December. Our residential service call fee now only 60$.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business going on 5 years. Everything we have learned we have done so through hard work, working with other master tradesman, and possessing an aptitude and love for what we do. When the owner was younger, he wanted to be a doctor, even went to school for it. But, as is the case in many of our lives, what he thought he would do, being a doctor of people; became being a doctor of homes and businesses, not what he thought he would do.
