Arny called very quickly after my request. He was on time for our appointment. He took my entire washer apart to see what the problem was. It took him almost 2 hours. It turned out to be the computer board (not sure what you call it). He told me how much it would be to fix it. He then honestly told me I should not repair it as it may not last much longer. He was the nicest guy ever.
