Excellent food, on time, reasonable cost for a lot of people. Ive done this several times and it never disappoints. He was far superior to the larger catering companies, easy to work with and the food is awesome.

Pappa Charlies provides the Sugar Land Skeeters with BBQ for the front office staff and press box and it is the best BBQ in town. We have been blown away by the quality of food that Wes delivers time and time agian! From the brisket to the beans Pappa Charlies hits a home run every time!

Pappa Charlies is the best BBQ I seriously have ever eaten. The brisket is absolutely amazing! Potato salad is the best I have ever had. With that being said...If you need catering to an event, don't even hesitate before having them cater for you. You will not regret it!

I worked with Wesley on a corporate party held at Lucky's Pub downtown in August 2013. I can with all honestly say that Wesley was truly fantastic to work with, the service we received could not have been better and the BBQ was delicious, we got many many comments on how good it was from our guests. We came to Wesley with an unconventional scenerio that had us providing our own beef from a steer purchased at the Rodeo. Wesley was extremely easy to work with around all the issues we needed to accomodate, and was a key part of making this event a success for our company. Beyond that he was just a fantastic person to work with!

The BBQ was amazing! The service is top notch and wonderfully friendly people to deal with. We look forward to using their service at some point again in the near future. Best Brisket EVER!!!
