If I could leave a no star review I would. The installer failed to arrive between the scheduled installation time of 11am-2pm. I didn’t hear from him until 4:26pm. 2 and half hours after the scheduled time!!! Absolutely insane. This is not how a customer is to be treated in any way, shape, or form. When someone has a time slot, it is the companies job to communicate with the customer. The very fact it took me messaging and calling the installer, in addition to calling Lowe’s support and Thumbtack support to even get a response from him, is unacceptable.
