I would give this guy 20 stars if I could. Really Awesome customer service. He came early this morning at 6:30am to install my dishwasher. Upon installation he realized a part was needed and went to Lowe's to get it for me. He then finished installation and after he left I decided to to a test and realized the water was not draining properly instead water was coming out the top. I called this him and he turns around and came back. He then spent an additional hour trying to fix the issue even though it had nothing to do with installation and this was a plumbing issue. The point is this dude tried so hard to get issue fixed and he didn't have to as it wasn't part of his job. He went over and beyond and I am truly impressed. Although I still have to get a plumber as he couldn't get the drain to work properly i am just amazed at the length he went to try and get it working for us. Thank you so much cloud tech. I will definitely be working with again.
