Upon going over the notes from your Free On-site Consultation and speaking to your Technicians, we have concluded the following. Your over the Fire Place TV installation fell under our custom installation category, in which the install itself provided some unforeseen challenges behind the home's interior wall. Upon two approximately 2.75"x4.5" cutouts being made for CL3 HDMI cable and 14/2 Romex (non energized Power Kit) wire channeling along with the respectful boxes and wall plates, it was revealed that your walls consisted of a staggered stud layout design. (SEE DIAGRAM: Phase II & III) Due to the limited space behind the wall and between the staggered studs, special certified techniques had to be rendered which called for additional time to successfully complete your installation and keep your walls intact without any further craftsmanship required by an outside general contractor. Per your final invoice, you were not charged for any additional labor hours it required to complete the process, but was given the option of having them or another Certified crew come back on the next Business day if the additional time impeded on your current scheduling. Per the Technicians, you indicated without prejudice that you understood why the additional time was required and authorized them to complete the installation at that appointed time without cause. Again, we strive for you and all of our Client's to be completely satisfied with the quality of work provided as well as a high level of professionalism. Per viewing the different stages of work performed by the Technicians and the final outcome of your CMO Installation, we have concluded that the additional time required to complete your work was justified.
