Let me start off by saying I am a pretty seasoned mover. This was about my 5th move that I've hired professionals for, but by far the worse. My movers were scheduled to show up between 8:00am-9:00am but they did not arrive until 10:40am. The gentleman answering the phone let me know they did not have the right phone number for me on file so they could not confirm my move, which is why no one was sent to move me until I called for a ETA at 9:45. This was a complete surprise to me since I CALLED to schedule it. I was moving from a one bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom about 10 miles away, so I don't feel like this should have been a job that took 3.5 hours to complete! (And I had to pay for 4 full hours) They informed me that everything had to be wrapped in blankets AND plastic. I felt that it was excessive, but at that point there was nothing I could do but pay for the extra time it took. When I called the gentleman answering the phone, he was not interested in remedying this problem in any way. They have a good price but I advise that you pay a little more and get a much better quality of service.
