    Tim was EXCELENT! I TOTALLY recommend his services. I gave Tim a huge challenge: all my paperwork came from a foreign country, I had only 45 days to find and buy the house, I didn't know the city well, I never bought a house before, I had a tight budget, the seller of the house that I decided to buy was not an easy person to deal with; anyways, I had all the problems that could have made this process painful and slow, if it wasn't for Tim's GREAT support. I was completelly lost and he helped understand my own requirements and narrow my searches, he has very good contacts for all types of service that you would need when buying a new home, he understand laws and regulations very well and was able to educate and guide me on the purchase process, he is very responsive and was available every time I needed. Specially, he guided me on how to identify good purchases and negotiate a fair price based on the house's attributes. I'm thankful to Tim because now I have an awesome house, in the location I wanted, with ALL the features I wanted and within my budget.

    Very good property management company. The flat $80 fee is great for my rentals as most rent for $1800+. They have been great in securing me great tenants and managing my properties. Very responsive as well which I need.

    To people with real-estate property. I have new job overseas and did not want my house to sit empty and lose money, I toyed with renting the house myself only the paper work involved and making appointments was impossible for me to do from overseas. I contacted Missy, as soon as she took over as property manager all my worries just disappeared, their is no way I could have done all she has done from overseas. I recommend Missy to any one who wants to earn money form property that you may have vacant or just not using. Keep money coming in and worries out with Missy on the job. Paul.
