I had a shingle that was missing from my patio roof. PR arrived on time and repaired the shingle quickly. I had questions about the color of the shingle and he reassured me that the shingles vary slightly in color and over time it will change. I thanked him for his work and explaining that to me.

I submitted an inquiry for roof repairs and received a response minutes later. Chris and his son came out the next morning. They assessed my roof issues quickly. They explained the issues that needed attention with pictures. Thanks to his thorough explanation I now know more about roofs than the average person.
