- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is dependent on project and scope. Our rates start as low as $35.00 per hour, and we bill based on effort and not duration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet first and foremost to survey and analyze the requirements. We try to understand what our clients are trying to achieve before engaging in business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend numerous training sessions each year, including information security. Through Global Knowledge education centers, we attend at least one training session per year.
