Hello! My name is Hansini, and I am a wedding and event planner/coordinator. I started being interested in wedding planning from when I single handedly planned my own wedding, and loved the process. My biggest focus is communication and strive to make sure that the Bride and Groom are heard and prioritize their vision. I have been in the business for 2 years now, I have had the opportunity to grow and learn a lot. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! she far exceeded our expectations. Words can't describe how much she helped and cared for us during our wedding. She was up at 2:00 am putting out fires and making sure that I was taken care of during hair and makeup.
Hansini and Saajan did a fantastic job for our wedding. We asked them for day of wedding coordination. We had a traditional telugu wedding for 900 people and they helped us coordinate the schedule, coordinated with our vendors and were there for whatever we needed. They handled all the little things so we didnt have to worry about it during the wedding. Im so happy we chose them for our wedding and cannot recommend them enough!

Event coordinating or planning - we used Hansini for a bit of both and she went above and beyond. Exceeded every expectation we had and was there ever step of the way during our multi-day/event wedding. Also one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

I hired Hansini to be my wedding planner. She has a truly personal and caring approach and as our meetings progressed, I felt I was connecting with a friend. She truly cared about making my day special and helped connect me with an excellent film vendor and makeup artist. I saw her true value day of where she never missed a beat, made sure everything ran smoothly and kept an eye out for the gifts we received, suggesting my mom put them in the car as the sun went down. Hansini is a truly caring wedding planner who loves love and I’d be happy to recommend her to anyone.

I hate to be this person, but being less than two months away from my wedding has forced my hand. I hired Hansini back in February to plan our October 2023 wedding. Communication was good in the first few months but began to drop the closer we get to the wedding.
My fiancé and I are very understanding, empathetic people and often gave Hansini the benefit of the doubt as many personal issues would arise for her.
The contact stated she would handle all communication with vendors, however I always ended up being the one to follow up or inquire with vendors.
The most frustrating was waiting to book a dessert vendor as Hansini said multiple times that she had contacts to inquire with. Nothing ever came of this and we still do not have a vendor providing desserts.
The same happened with transportation. We wanted to book a shuttle for some of our guests. Hansini told me multiple times she was waiting to hear back from someone. Nothing ever came of that.
We asked for updates last week and we were told she’d get back to us shortly. Nothing. We decided it was best for us to terminate the contract.
We emailed her on Monday to terminate after she cancelled our scheduled meeting yet again. I did not get acknowledgement of her receiving the email until the following day, stating she’d respond that day. Now here it is, Wednesday evening and still no response.
We’ve been forced to find a day of coordinator, waiting on a response and ideally a refund and have done all the planning ourselves despite hiring this person to help us.
Hansini seemed to understand our wants in the beginning but this faded quickly as time went on. Scheduled calls were cancelled repeatedly, she often failed to follow up on tasks she committed to and we did not feel like a priority. I am disappointed that someone would create this type of stress around something as big as a wedding day 💔
