Fit Life Studio
About this pro
When I started with Josh it had been been forever since I had worked out due to some serious health issues. Josh listened to all my concerns and put together a program that allowed me to start slowly and build up not only my stamina but my confidence as well. Josh truly cares about each and every client and finding what works best for them. He is there to help not only during our time in the gym but to answer questions about eating out, grocery shopping and how to stay motivated. I would highly recommend him to anyone whether you are looking to become even more defined and in shape or just beginning your journey he is phenomenal.Feb 26, 2018

So far so good! I decided it was finally time to learn how to work out since forever. Luckily I came in and spoke to josh who proposed an orientation deal to show me how to work out so that afterwards I know how to do it by myself. The studio is great, I definitely recommend the place and him. 👌Aug 2, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?pricing just depends on your length of commitment and how many times you need to see me. It all depends on your goal and time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an active member of ptonthenet.com. They provide the latest testimonials and studies across the world to keep me up to date with top news in health and fitness. I attend 3-5 seminars a year to further my education and to help me increase my knowledge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?In 2005, I gained the freshman 20. That summer after a trip to the beach with my friends, I felt embarrassed and disgusted with my body. Therefore, I decided to get in the best shape of my life and to make a change for the better. It didn't take long for me to start seeing results and I loved the transformation my body was making. I went on to change my major the next year to Exercise Science and I have been a personal trainer ever since I graduated in the Spring of 2010.
