If every employee at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing were like William, they would rank #1 among plumbing contractors anywhere.A little bit about myself Ive dealt with plumbing services multiple times over the years, so Ive had my fair share of service calls. But this one was easily one of the best experiences Ive had to date.William was extremely professional, and on top of that, he had a very friendly nature and a good sense of humor that made the whole situation less stressful. He carefully investigated the problem and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand.There was an issue that required coordination beyond just the house work, and William guided me step-by-step on what needed to be done, what to expect next, and how the process would go. His experience really showed it felt like he could predict every step before it even happened. He never rushed and was always willing to share information and advice.What really stood out was his dedication even after the main work was done. He made sure the entire work area was properly cleaned before leaving something he wasnt even obligated to do, but did anyway out of professionalism.I live on Ames Dr, and Im extremely happy with the service I received. William has earned my trust hes my plumber going forward. I will definitely continue using their services and will strongly suggest to others that they request William as well.Thanks again to William and the entire team for such outstanding service!

I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Jacob came to my home on time and was very polite and professional. His nature was extremely friendly, and he even took off his shoes to keep my home clean.He explained the cost before starting and completed the work efficiently. He also cleaned up the workspace afterward, which I really appreciated.Im very happy with the service, will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to others. Very impressed by the professionalism and hard work of everyone I encountered at Ben Franklin Plumbing after my gas meter was vandalized and required repairs to plumbing, entire gas line and the meter being replaced.Tara, Jacob, Nathan, James, Louis, Hubert etc. They offer a membership and have many insights into local infrastructure.After the emergency call they arrived the same evening to assess the damage and worked with City of Temple, Atmos Energy to make necessary repairs which took a while due to the snow storm and City of Temple being short staff.The membership offers discounts and covers maintenance to avoid future emergencies.
