The computer repair agent not only failed to call me for a status report; in addition, he had my computer for over a month. The best part is that he melted the inner components of my computer with a soldering iron, blew my motherboard and didn't have the decency to put my computer back together for me. I sent it to Geek Squad and they reported the damage to be not likely due to my usage, but the damage seemed to caused by someone ATTEMPTING to repair my computer. As soon as my report on the computer arrives, I plan on suing this company. This man was hardly ever open consistently, had my computer entirely far too long, reported false promises, damaged / destroyed my computer, refused to call me and explain why he had my computer for over a month. Most importantly, his overall lack of care and technical proficiency are completely appalling. This is the pinnacle of a "failing business" and must be avoided by all.

I normally don’t respond to comments left but I feel in this case I must.. 1st-time 1. The laptop was brought in for a power issue. The gentleman said not to mind the missing screws because he opened up the laptop to try and fix it. 2. I pointed out the hinge by the power port was broken, because when you opened the laptop up the whole side would buckle and pop up. 3. I gave the price’s to replace them. They only wanted the power issue to be fixed. I let him know I would try my best to fix the case and hinge issue. Which I used epoxy to hold the case and hinges in place. 4. I was nice enough to give out a loaner laptop for his wife to use with school work. 2nd-time 1. Month later laptop came back in not turning on. When opened, seen where the power port had touched the hinge. 2. I replaced the power port again at no cost to then customer and the case kept shorting out when put together. 3. I let the husband know the bottom case needed to be replaced and I was trying to find one to match her laptop. **all this at cost to me the business, not the customer** 4. He came and wanted to pick up the laptop was tired of waiting, I let him know the system was still apart and he insisted on taking the laptop anyway

I have been to Crazy Dad's for several lap top repairs and have always been satisfied. On one occasion something was just loose. He took time to fix it and when I tried to pay him he would not accept it. Another time, he helped with a repair of a fan and did it on the spot while I waited so I did not have to make two trips. I'm pleased with the service I have, thus far, received.
