Jeremy and Amanda sent two clearly experienced workers to assess the short stretch of fence I needed, following my submission of a foto. They went out to purchase supplies, and then finished the job within an hour. Their installation matches well with the existing fence. Clean-up was complete and workmanlike.

Very nice people. I wasn't happy with the final product. First, I had to call them back to fix two of the bottom boards that just started coming off. Second, I informed the owner that some of the vertical boards were loose as well because the nails didn't make contact with anything. I was told he would "take a look if need be". I waited almost a week and never heard back from him. I will cut my losses and have another company complete the work.

I'm sorry your unhappy ma'am. When Jeremy came to do the walk around with you, you were very happy. You did express a concern with the bottom boards, our worker did come back out and fix those, and explained to you at that time why the brackets had to be hung the way they were due to the vine issue. Jeremy did tell you, he would come back out if you needed him too, he never heard back from you. We have never had a negative review, and are very sorry you are not happy with your finished product. If you would like to contact Jeremy and discuss the issues he will be more than happy to speak with you to remedy the situation.
