Jordan did an awesome job installing new cabinet pulls in our kitchen. Everything came out perfectly aligned and looks great. He was friendly, professional, showed up on time, and took his time to make sure everything was done right. He also left the work area spotless; he vacuumed everything up when he was finished and even vacuumed on his way out! Really happy with the work and the whole experience. We’ll definitely be calling Next Step Handyman again for future projects. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Next Step Handyman! He did a fantastic job touching up the trim paint throughout our entire house. He was professional, thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to make sure everything looked clean and finished properly. I really appreciate that you can’t even tell where the touch ups were - they just blend in with everything else. Jordan even saw spots I didn’t notice. He was also very communicative and punctual. We really appreciate the quality of his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality and reliable help with any around the house tasks. (I’ve attached some before and after photos of the most beat up corners and how he made them look so much better.)

If you need extra help to tackle projects large and small, Next Step Handyman has my vote. Jordan (the owner) has a wealth of knowledge and performs excellent work. After purchasing a new property I really needed a well-rounded professional to help me get odds and ends knocked out on a fairly strict time table. Jordan excelled at this. He gave me great advice, helped me prioritize what needed to be done, recognized my vision and gave me a fair estimate to accomplish a series of tasks that kept growing. He is dedicated and relentless. He embraces difficult tasks and ticks them off the list one-by-one. Such a great guy. I cant be happier with the results of re-engineering kitchen cabinet space to accommodate updated appliances seamlessly, climbing on the roof to repair exhaust vents, deconstructing barn space damaged by animals and time to restore it to a usable condition, and the results were stupendous. I couldnt be happier. If you need a handyman, give Next Step a call. For me, when I need help from now on, Im calling Jordan first.

Chris, I really appreciate you taking the time to write this. Thank you for trusting me with your project.
It was a pleasure working with you and helping bring everything together. I enjoyed figuring out the best way to tackle each project, whether it was modifying the kitchen cabinets, fixing the roof vents, or getting the barn back into usable shape. I'm glad we were able to get so much accomplished and that you're happy with the results.
Thanks again for the kind words and the recommendation. It means a lot to a small business like mine. Im excited to tackle the next project together.

I had a punch list of interior and exterior repairs I needed done. I put out an inquiry on a Saturday afternoon and he responded in under an hour and came out for an estimate the same day. Within another day I had a written contract with exactly what had been agreed to (rare, in my experience). Four days later he was on the job, worked ten hours nearly straight without a lunch break or even a bathroom break that I saw. He came back the next day and did the same thing. So for 20 hours of work over two days (at a REALLY reasonable price) Jordan fixed a support beam on the front porch, fixed where the house had settled causing some small cracks outside (thank God it was NOT a foundation issue). He also cleaned my painted stamped concrete porch so that it looks almost brand new again. Jordan recaulked my kitchen and ALL bathrooms. Best yet, he repaired some drywall that had been cut out for a plumbing repair and re-textured it so youd never know the wall had been cut. He even did a few small items he just noticed. Jordan with NextStep is new in business, but not to his craft. Jump on his expertise, NOW, before he books weeks in advance like has been my experience with all the good ones.
