Introduction
Do you need a roof repaired or replaced? or do you need a handy man? Dont call the big contractor who is only going to overcharge you and sub out your work to the little guys(me).I don't have a big yard with seventeen trucks or twenty guys waiting to go out on a repair with a $500 minimum charge, or a team of "estimators" working on commision to drive up the price of the work. I do all the estimates, and I personally do all the Roof installation. I don't have a secretary, or a billing department. So sometimes, I have customers ask me "Why is your estimate so much cheaper than the other guys?" The answer is simple: I don't have the overhead costs the big companies have and I'm not trying to get rich: I just want to put food on the table. He was hired to fix a bad roofing job. He did a good job considering what he had to work with. My only issue was one of the turbines still don't work, that should've been replaced
