They came and destroyed the roots and I’m more than happy. They were ahead of schedule (10 minutes) and they were not wasting any time. They got started at 2pm instead of getting here at 2pm and setting up. They were also very responsive. It rained my original appointment so they called me to reschedule instead of waiting until the scheduled time to reschedule. You can’t beat this type of service. It’s truly rare these days.

The guys arrived right on schedule and worked quickly on three large dead palm trees [frozen] in our back yard. We had them grind the stumps also. They were very cautious concerning lighting and sprinklers. One tree had grown over and around an electric cord that Keaton was able to avoid severing, almost surgically! I was very happy that our location offered good access for them to move their trailer and equipment fairly close to the trees. It was incredibly hot and HUMID in Waco that day but the job went very quickly and they left the site in excellent condition! We have already recommended TX Tree Medics to local friends.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple process, after the initial request we would schedule and appointment or ask for pictures, then within hours we will email an estimate, that when approved will schedule our services sometimes the very next day.
