It varies depending on the project. If I get return customers or referrals I will offer discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will introduce myself and have them show me what it is they need done. After the project is done I will ask if they are satisfied with the work that was completed and if there is anything else they need before I leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over fourteen years of experience. Ive been trained by some of the best in the industry that had over 30 years of experience.
