Juventino was punctual, very polite, efficient and patient, and in an hour addressed 3 smoke alarms (one on the ceiling 21 feet in the air) , light fixture in my kitchen and changed my thermostat! Will certainly be working with him again!!!!

We hired J&G to replace our (red) back door that had water damage to its lower half. Juventino was on time, courteous, and was great at communicating before and throughout the project. As with any good project, once walls were opened there were additional challenges found. Our previous door’s jamb was larger than the new one which left a gap between the outside trim and the new door. This was also in part because the original door’s trim was overlaid on the siding instead of being flush with the house. Not technically wrong for an installation, but not how I’d expected. Juventino was clear about the issue and gave us multiple options to fix it. It ranged from “the right way” to more of a patch that would visually address it. It wasn’t a functional or structural issue so we opted for the patch. His work was professional and he kept his work area clean (as clean as construction can be, anyway). He was considerate of our time and respectful of the property. We would definitely hire him again!

If I could have chosen all five I would have. Juventino was very punctual, professional and did excellent work. He covered floors to ensure no damage and cleaned up after he completed each job. We will definitely be using him again.
