I personally am up front about our pricing and the discounts that I am willing to offer them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tend to develop a clear understanding of what my prospective client would like to accomplish. I use their ideas and minds as a blueprint. Everything develops from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a journalism major. I have an associates degree in Horticulture along with 23 years experience in irrigation and 35 years in the landscaping field.
