We reached out for a microwave repair after our attempt at replacing the under-cabinet light bulb ended in a fried wire and a dead microwave. Communication was excellent. Jerel and his apprentice came out the next morning and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the initial problem, then found an additional problem that they also fixed/repaired. They tested to make sure the microwave was not only operable but was working - i.e. still heating - it was. He even made sure our replaced light bulb was indeed working! Jerel also took the time to answer my additional questions about potential other jobs we may have. He was absolutely fantastic and we will be sure to use them again for all our future needs.
